During the pandemic (2021), Sarah, Ruth, and Kevin received the Joy Fund Residency at Toronto Unity Health Hospital Network. We offered dance improvisation classes via zoom to doctors, nurses, and staff members at Toronto Unity Health as a kind of caregiving practice. We questioned how improvisation practices can be a kind of care practice in institutional care settings.
